Directions: Drink entire contents of the bottle. Wait 15 minutes, then refill bottle with water. Consume water then allow 45 minutes to become effective. An additional refill of water can be consumed within 45 minutes of taking the product. Product continues to be effective for about 10 to 12 hours.

1. Avoid any unwanted toxins for 48-72 hours prior to consuming GHF 45 Minute Fast Flush for your cleansing to be the most effective.

5. It is recommended you consume up to 32 oz. Of water per hour prior to and during cleansing period. Do not drink more than 32 oz. Of water per hour or effectiveness of GHF 45 Minute Fast Flush cleansing Liquid is dramatically reduced!
6. Frequent urination and bowel movements are normal. The more you use the restroom, the more toxins you body is releasing. GHF 45 Minute Fast Flush Cleansing Liquid is the most effective after a minimum of 2-3 urinations/ bowel movements.
